One to two weeks prior to work starting, neighbors will be notified by door knockers indicating that construction will be starting soon. There will also be a message board placed at the entrance of the neighborhood one week before the work is scheduled to begin. Once construction begins, the work on the cul-de-sac will be completed within approximately one week’s time. Access to driveways in the cul-de-sac may be restricted for a portion of the project duration and on-street parking in the project area will be limited during the span of the construction work.

    Construction Impacts:

    • General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms, and ground vibration
    • Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise approved
