This project is substantially complete. 

As part of the Ada County Highway District’s (ACHD) Bridge Maintenance Program, ACHD will replace the culvert on 26th Street, just south of Hill Road, as early as the beginning of October 2023.* Construction is expected to be complete spring of 2024.

This bridge improvement project will include removing and replacing the existing bridge over the Boise City Canal. In addition to this work, the contractor will be filling in a sidewalk gap on the west side of 26th Street.

*Construction schedules may change due to high demand for contractors, labor, and supplies.
