2024 Budget Public Hearing

The ACHD Commission will consider a spending plan of an estimated $224 million for fiscal year 2024 during the August 23rd hearing. The plan includes projects to increase safety and mobility, and also provides for the maintenance and operation of Ada County's roads, sidewalks, traffic signals, bike lanes and related infrastructure. The budget includes $22 million for improvements in pedestrian facilities and bikeways, and a $105 million capital program with over 100 projects, including:

• Improving the Lake Hazel Road and Eagle Road intersection
• Constructing a new mini-roundabout at Rose Hill Street and Owyhee Street
• Enhanced pedestrian and bicyclist facilities on Garden Street

• Participate online. The Meeting will be live-streamed and members of the public who wish to watch and ask questions can do so using Zoom.
