    The Ada County Highway District Commission approved the Fiscal Year 2025 budget.

    Commissioners, on a 3-2 decision, approved the $233.5 million budget at the August 28 public hearing. The budget includes projects to increase safety and mobility, and also provides for the maintenance and operation of Ada County’s roads, sidewalks, traffic signals, and related infrastructure.

    The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) Commission will consider a spending plan of an estimated $234 million for fiscal year 2025 during the August 28th hearing. The plan includes projects to increase safety and mobility, and also provides for the maintenance and operation of Ada County's roads, sidewalks, traffic signals, bike lanes and related infrastructure. The budget includes $115 million for more than 100 different projects throughout Ada County.
