The Hillcrest Elementary School Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Concept Study is exploring ways to make it safer and easier for students and families to walk and bike to Hillcrest Elementary School.

With Owyhee Elementary now serving as an early learning center, more students are attending Hillcrest, highlighting the need for safe, comfortable routes to and from school.

The study area includes:

  • Pasadena Dr, Roosevelt St to Owyhee St
  • Roosevelt St, Hillcrest Dr to St Andrews Dr
  • Hillcrest Dr, Pond St to Roosevelt St
  • Hillcrest Dr / Roosevelt St / Targee St Intersection
  • Pond St / Hillcrest Dr / Country Club Dr intersection
