The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will be rehabilitating several streets in your area as part of a federally funded project to improve pavement conditions and upgrade the streets for all users.
As part of the street reconstruction, ACHD will be adding bulb-outs and signalized pedestrian crossings at designated intersections to improve safety, and upgrading and/or installing pedestrian ramps. These changes are being made to improve safety and meet updated standards and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
