Originally scheduled for completion in late fall 2025, the project is now expected to be complete in spring 2026 due to utility work.

Please note that in an effort to keep a paved surface during the winter months, the bulk of the work will pause during winter since the pavement plants will be closed. Concrete work, such as sidewalk work, will continue.
