2027-2031 Five Year Plan (FYP)

The Ada County Highway District’s (ACHD) Five Year Plan (FYP) highlights the projects, programs, strategies, and priorities the District will pursue over the next five years. The first two years of the Plan are tied directly to the ACHD’s 2027-2028 Budget. This plan allows elected officials, staff, partner agencies, and the public to work in a coordinated fashion to implement projects.
