Starting as early as November, the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will reconstruct Hubbard Road from Ten Mile Road to Meridian Road as part of the 2025 Arterial & Collector Capital Maintenance Project. Construction is expected to be complete late summer of 2026.*

Project Highlights

  • Reconstructing the roadway pavement on Hubbard Road
  • Upgrading pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, and curb & gutter at key intersections
  • Adding 6-ft bike lanes on both sides of Hubbard Road, with multi-use or asphalt pathways at select locations
  • Replacing an irrigation culvert bridge and the existing pipe on the State Lateral canal
  • Installing railing on top of the Kuna Canal wingwalls
  • Upgrading the City of Kuna’s water and sewer

Construction Impacts

  • General construction noise, dust, equipment backup alarms and ground vibration
  • Crews will work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise approved
