Rose Hill and Owyhee Street Intersection

ACHD will begin repair work in mid-July on the east leg of the Rose Hill and Owyhee roundabout to address a drainage issue. Construction is expected to last approximately one month.

• Rose Hill and Owyhee intersection is closed for the duration of the project.
• Pedestrian detour in place for school traffic. Bike lanes are closed as well.
• Concrete placements complete.
• Block wall installation complete on three of the four corners.
• Additional bikeway signage and devices are to be added next week.
• Asphalt paving is on-going.
