• Contractor has moved east and continues to prep road base from 6th to 8th.
• Concrete paving complete between 4th and 5th St.
• South side of 5th will be paved on Friday September 6th.
• Power and fiber for signals nearly complete.
• Sidewalks and ped ramp work started between 4th and 5th. Landscapers to follow.

An unforeseen utility conflict has been found at the State Street and 8th Street intersection. It is anticipated to take two months for the utility’s contractor to resolve. ACHD construction crews will now focus on the east end of the project.

The State Street and 4th Street intersection will be paved first and then paving will continue moving west.

As the intersections are paved, ACHD plans to open them to north/south traffic.
